How to enter a University

Ask your question

4. Wait for the documents to be checked and our confirmation that the documents have been accepted

5. Pay for the services you have chosen according to the invoice issued by us

6. Collect a package of documents for the University according to the list

7. Wait for the documents with the Invitation from the University and take them along with the documents you have collected to the Russian Embassy in your city

8. Get a study visa from the Embassy. Get air tickets from us. Collect your things and documents. Take a good mood on the road!

Dear friend, please fill out the contract and the questionnaire in a large and neat handwriting. When scanning or photographing a passport, application form and contract, pay attention to the quality of copies! Make sure that your signature is on each page and that each page is well read.

  • A copy of your passport
  • A copy of the education document (school certificate or college/university diploma)
  • A copy of the contract
  • A copy of the applicant's application form
  • Application for admission to study with an indication of the chosen specialty and form of study
  • Passport (notarized copy of the document)
  • A document on education - a school certificate or diploma-with an indication of subjects and grades (a notarized copy of the document)
  • A medical certificate of the established sample on the absence of contraindications for studying in Russia with a note on the results of an HIV test (or a medical certificate)
  • Photos of the established sample

At this stage, all documents must be translated into Russian and notarized or certified at the Embassy.

You can issue a medical certificate that meets the requirements of the University in your country, translate it and notarize it. Sometimes a certificate on form 086 can be made upon arrival in Russia.
